Who We Are

In 2010 our proprietor, Elyse Bowker, started as the receptionist at a property management company, working her way up through the ranks, and eventually becoming a co-owner of that company before establishing Bowker & Roth in her own vision. She set out to build a team of management professionals that would provide homeowners and board members with excellent service, myriad reliable vendors to choose from, and grounded guidance based on years of experience. In 2010, she entrusted the business she built to her two sons, Joe Dabovich and Beau Bowker, who have proudly built atop the sturdy foundation their mother created by maintaining and further assembling a team of loyal, diligent, and committed professionals that are ready to serve.
With a combined 50+ years of HOA and Condominium Association management experience, Joe and Beau have honored their mother’s vision and their clients by placing an emphasis on personal customer care for their homeowners and board members while putting in place premium technological and software systems to support an easier, more convenient, and transparent community living experience.
